Trying to publish a module in review, it wouldn't 'start', check files no 'story_html5.html'. Tried publishing for web and same result. Anyone know what is going on.
I have checked, and Articulate 360 and Chrome, both are up-to-date.
Publishing to Review 360 won't generate any files on your computer, as it'll be uploaded immediately into the Review 360 site. If you're publishing for Web or LMS, you may not see a story_html5.html file as we simplified the published output in Storyline 360 builds 3.35.20995.0 and later. When you publish HTML5-only or Flash-only courses, Storyline no longer generates these files in your published output:
Ever since this update, we can't get the index_lms.html to work in Firefox, either locally or on the web server. The course player appears but not the course content. It DOES appear in Internet Explorer. index_lms_html5.html works locally and on the server for previously published courses. Firefox is our required browser so we can't just tell people to use IE.
We don't recommend viewing published content on the local computer (unless it's published for CD), as local security restrictions can cause various features of the output to break.
Does the problem appear in Firefox when uploading the zipped file to your LMS? If you're comfortable with sharing your .story file for testing, I can test it in SCORM Cloud and let you know what I find.
The problem appears when it's in the LMS. It works fine on the server - something about the LMS seems to be the issue. The player appears but not the content inside the player.
Is it only a specific browser that you're seeing the LMS respond like this, or all browsers? I haven't noticed this in any of the courses I've tested so I wonder if the LMS is tracking an incorrect output. Have you designated any files as the identifier in the Reporting options?

When you publish HTML5-only or Flash-only courses, Storyline no longer generates these files in your published output:
• index_lms_flash.html
• index_lms_html5.html
• story_flash.html
• story_html5.html
You'll only see the files above when you publish courses with both HTML5 and Flash formats.
Hope that helps clarify!

I'm happy to troubleshoot with you, Andrea!
