Notes format changing when published

After reading a few articles, I find this case is related to the issue where not all of the formatting options with Notes text are being rendered in the HTML5 output. However, after the redesigning of HTML5 output with Storyline 360 and Storyline 3 this issue is not seen. I recommend you to give it a shot using the trial versions.

Below are some temporary solutions snipped from the ongoing discussions related to Storyline 2: Notes Tab FONT sizes and Paragraph Formatting in HTML5 Notes Publish. 

• Look at editing steps for the text/paragraph format within the player as shown in this link: Choosing Player Colors, Fonts, and Button Styles (Storyline 360)
• You may also check the guideline in editing the notes' font and size within the notes tab itself: How to Format Notes in Articulate Storyline
• Modify the player.css file by adding the code below. The file can be located in the "mobile" folder (within the set of published files).

.transcript_content p {
padding-bottom: 10px;
}

• Adding in a single character (i.e. "-") where the breaks should appear, may help improve the Notes output format.

Hi Fannie! Thank you SO much! This is very helpful. I tried looking to see if anyone had this type an issue and couldn't find anything. I really appreciate you taking the time to advice me in a few things I can try.
