Odd formating once uploaded to LMS

Hi Forum members,

I am hoping you can help as something very odd has started happening with an eLearning modal when I upload it to cornerstone lms. I have attached a screen print of the issue below so you can see a visual representation of the issue.

In a nutshell, verything works perfectly when I preview it on Articulate, and lots of people have completed the eLearning modual before today, then, suddenly, without warning, one scene has gone coocoo bananas on the LMS meaning people are trying to complete it in the company!

Has anyone come across this type of issue before?

Hi, Adam -- Thanks so much for reaching out with your question, and sorry to hear of your difficulties! May I ask if you are finding the same behavior when you are testing your published output in the SCORM Cloud, as well?

You may want to check out this article on How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud, an if you are not finding the same issue within SCORM Cloud, it may be best to contact your LMS provider directly for additional investigation.

Thank you for this, I have checked it on Scorm cloud and the issue isn't happening so I will refer it to LMS to look at.

For sure, Adam, and if you could please stop back in and share the response you receive from your LMS, it may help others who come across this thread in the future seeking assistance. :)
