This has been perhaps posted already but I haven't found a clear answer. When Inserting a Video From Website - there is a Video Option that is supposed to Load Video When Triggered. Yet the web video does not appear in the 'media' section when trying to add a trigger, making this function impossible.
Is this a bug? Or am I missing something? We're using the workaround of adding the web video as a layer and triggering the layer, but it seems kind of silly to have this built in if it doesn't actually work.
A quick note, our team fixed the issue where the option for "play video from website" via trigger does not allow you to select a website video. You should see this fix in yesterdays update to Storyline 360, build 3.27.18822.0.

You always need to click to play website videos, and I asked my team to make a note about this in the user guide.
I'll also share with Engineering as that option should be greyed out - way less confusing than about your options!
