Player problems

My project was complete and working fine in the previews and in the review screens, and then I played around with the player. Now my project won't play in the preview or review screens. If I preview each section, they individually play fine, AND the link to my review screen works fine on an iPhone, but not on a Mac or PC (I just get a spinning wheel). Any ideas for how to make the whole project function in the preview and review screens again? It was working just fine in both screens until I started messing with the player.
