Problem with mobile and tablet view

Hi!

I am facing a challenge from last 10-20 days.

I am publishing my content with sound in it.

But the course is visible only on laptop. But without sound.

It's not running on either a tablet or a mobile.

Can anyone please tell me where I am going wrong.

I publish it in,

LMS- HTML/flash- in SCORM 1.2.

I tried to publish in all other platforms as well, but not able to do it.

With modern and classic player. But no luck.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your audio and your course in general.

Which version of Storyline are you currently using?

Have you tried to publish your course in different formats, such as web or LMS with HTML5 only, to see if the audio plays and if it works on tablets and phones?

I would also recommend testing your course through SCORM Cloud. Take a look at this article for more information:
