Problem with transitions and lighboxes

Hi,

I came accorss the following problem many times.

I have created a slide with few images that trigger lightboxes.

I made the light box slides with transitions and for some reason some of the transitions are working and some are not.

I try to tackle this problem with several methods like first creating the transitions and then the link to the lightbox slides or first create the links and then edit the transitions but i have yet found a proven way to make this work properly.

Anyone else enouter this problem and knows the way around this?
