Problem with users getting stuck on quizzes

We have several courses that have quizzes throughout the course. If you pass them the first time or two there is no issue. However, if you fail it multiple times, users are getting stuck. They cannot move forward or select answers on the screen. Any idea why this might be happening? It does not do it consistently, but I believe it happens more regularly when they retake it more than 3 or 4 times. The issue also occurs if they fail the quiz, go back to the content to review it before taking it again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi India!
Sorry to hear your learners are getting stuck! It sounds like the course is hosted on a learning management system, is that right? I'd like to get some more details from you.
Hi Alyssa,
Yes, the course is hosted on an LMS. We are using Storyline 360. I do not see anywhere that we are limiting the number of attempts for the quizzes. We have experienced the problem ourselves, but cannot consistently recreate it.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks!
Thanks for that extra detail, India. It's helpful to know that you have also experienced the problem.
As a next step, I'd like to test your content in another LMS environment, like SCORM Cloud. We'll retry the quiz several times to see if we get stuck like your learners do.
Would you mind sending us your unpublished project file? Thanks!
Thank you, Alyssa!
Hi India! Thanks for including your .story file. I published it and tested on SCORM Cloud. The only change I made was to remove the restriction from the Player menu so that I could easily advance to the quiz slides.
I didn't get stuck on the first quiz after failing several times. I also went back to a content slide and returned to the quiz successfully. Can you try my link here and let me know if you can reproduce the problem?
Thanks!
I did not get stuck either, but that is part of the problem. We cannot duplicate it regularly. At least the files look to be setup correctly.
