Hi! I'm a new user of Storyline 2. I purchased a headset with a microphone and plugged it into a port in my computer marked with a microphone icon. I then tried to insert my recorded voice into a slide by using the insert audio feature. However, when I am finished, I get the audio icon at the bottom left of my slide, but no audio. Any ideas about what I'm doing wrong? Thanks! :)
If you're unable to record narration, it may be that Windows doesn't recognize your recording device or microphone. See this article for more information.
