I was successful at publishing a storyline project that contains 4 screen recordings, each within a lightbox slide. I can preview the training module in the LMS however when I get to the slide that contains a button that triggers the screen recording, the screen recording doesn't play, it displays the lightbox with a white screen and no recording starts. When I am in the storyline project and i preview it the entire project works perfectly.

Also, be sure to package your published content properly for your LMS.
If the issue persists, open a support case with your LMS provider, since they're your primary source of support for LMS tracking and reporting issues.
