Wanted to run something by you to see if anyone has had the same issue (and yes I have looked at other threads in this group). My course currently is set at "Prompt to Resume" on restart of the course. Right now, if users close before the end of the Module and come back in, it puts them back in lesson 2 (there are 7 lessons in the Module). I know our LMS has a resume saved feature as well, so wasn't sure if this would affect Storyline's functionality. Can't figure out if it's a Storyline glitch, LMS glitch, or if I need to just put it at "Always Resume" on restart. Thanks!
I'd recommend importing your course to SCORM cloud and see if you notice the same "Prompt to Resume" error. If not, then it must be a setting in your LMS that can be adjusted.

One way to troubleshoot your LMS is to use SCORM cloud! It's hard to confirm whether the LMS or Storyline is contributing to this error without seeing all the settings.
I'd recommend importing your course to SCORM cloud and see if you notice the same "Prompt to Resume" error. If not, then it must be a setting in your LMS that can be adjusted.
