Is there any preference when choosing scorm 1.2 or scorm 2004 and the different editions? Do any of these tend to work better when viewing presentations with HTLM5 and the Ipad, (no tin can capability yet with our LMS).
I hope the community can offer you some practical advice on what they've encountered with the different Scorm versions and editions, but I did find a few older threads to point you to.
