Quitting a course early

Hi all!
Here is another situation to which I need assistance. We are currently experiencing course fails on the LMS if a learner starts a quiz, but closes the course (or looses the connection) before completing the quiz or course. What seems to be happening is when the first question is presented, score tabulating begins. If the course ends early, the total current score is sent to the LMS as the score for that learner and the course is marked as failed.
Is there a way to prevent the course from sending a score to the LMS until AFTER they have completed the quiz and reached the Results Slide, regardless if the course is closed early or not?

What reporting option did you select when you published for LMS?
It sounds like you may have selected Passed/Failed. Try switching to Passed/Incomplete, and let me know if that makes a difference.
It's also worth testing the published output in SCORM Cloud, a free and easy tool for LMS testing. That'll tell you whether this is due to a setting within your file or a setting within your LMS.
