Quiz remaining in "In Progress" status in LMS after successful completion

Hi,
I've been having issues getting quizzes to report results to our LMS. I'm the only person on our team who is having this issue, and this happens even when I put my quiz questions in someone else's working quiz template, publish, and upload. Our LMS team has said that something is wrong with my SCORM 1.2 output. (I'm a little skeptical because I've publishing the same as my teammates.) I'm wondering if someone could take a look to possibly rule out, or help me identify, a SCORM issue? I don't know what to look for. I'm using Storyline 2 on a Dell M5510 with Windows 8.1 Pro. Our LMS is a customized version of Cornerstone. Thank you!

Hi Erin
can I suggest you upload your zipped package to Scormcloud (industry standard LMS) for testing and this will tell you if it is something in Storyline that may need adjusting or an LMS setting that may need tweaking.
Are you using the same publish settings as your colleagues who aren't getting the error?

Right after I posted this I saw the post about Scormcloud! I will test it there, first. Yes, I'm using the same publishing settings as my colleagues. Thanks for your quick response. If Scormcloud doesn't provide any insight, I may post again here, but will try Scormcloud, first.
