Results in Drag and Drop free form don't display correctly on some environments
Feb 26, 2018
Hi there,
I have build modules with drag and drop quizzes using free form for a client but those quizzes are not showing results consistently.
When I test it the drag and drop is working fine but on some of my client's computers the result is 0% even though the answers are correct.
So, my clients is using 3 types of devices to visualize these modules, computer A, computer B and Android Tablet. On both computer A and tablets the results are showing fine. When you get correct answers for a drag and drop, it gives a result of 100%. However, on Computers with B specifications the results will be 0% even though the answers are correct (screenshot M8 C22 enclosed).
This issues is causing the modules not be validated as one of the 2 quizzes at the end of the module can only be scored 0% on Computers B.
Could you help me to identify the cause of this issue? My client is using Cornerstone as an LMS and the navigator they can only use is IE11 (for both types of computers and Edge for tablet).
I have also enclosed the storyline file of the module, the issue with drag and drop is on screen 1.13.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Maxime!
Thanks for including your Storyline file here.
The first step to determining the cause of this problem is to test the output in another LMS environment. As you mentioned, the drag and drop interaction doesn't score correctly in Cornerstone LMS on Computer B.
Let's test the output in SCORM Cloud on Computer B to find out if we run into the same scoring issue.
Before we do that, can you tell me what version of Storyline you used to create this file? I want to be sure I publish it with the same version you're using. Thanks!
Hi Alyssa,
Thanks for your answer. I have created this file with Storyline 360.
Great, thanks for confirming that.
I published your file using Storyline 360 and hosted it on SCORM Cloud here. Could you please test that link on Computer B and let me know if you see the same scoring issue?
I'll be standing by!
