we are working with a vendor who produced a SCORM 2004 4th. ed. content for us. When playing the content in our LMS (SAP SuccessFactors), the navigation player is not visible because the content is not scaling correct. The user needs to scroll down to see the player bar. The issue exists when holding the iPad vertical and horizontal. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Have you tried testing the course in another LMS environment like SCORM Cloud? It's an industry-standard tool used for testing SCORM output. The scaling performance there will help determine if the problem is related to your project file or the LMS itself.
Are the scaling issues local to one file or occur across all of the courses you view through your LMS on an iPad?
Can the behavior be reproduced on Android devices as well as iOS?
