I published and uploaded a scorm file in Desire2Learn and it freezes. I update my Articulate 360 & Storyline 360 software recently. I am not having issues with files created in the previous version. Any idea what I can do?
If your content is working as expected in SCORM Cloud, I would recommend following up with your LMS Team to understand why you are experiencing a different result.
In addition, if you need to roll back to a previous version in the meantime, you can certainly do so.

Yes, it works in Scorm Cloud.
