I just purchased Storyline today I had this issue with the trail version but I ignored it since it didn't seem to affect the app functionality. I was hoping that once I purchased and activated it would go away. It didn't and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue.
When I launch the SL application I get this script error (see attached).
I'm not sure that Adam is still subscribed to this thread, so I'll ping him and see if he can apply the Storyline "fix" to Replay. We'll keep you posted.
It sounds like you're back to normal - but please also confirm that you're using the latest update of Storyline 1, Update 8 available here. Also if this behavior persists, please go through the repair steps.

I was unable to reproduce the replay start page error. Is it still happening? What version of Windows and Internet Explorer are you using?

I am having the same issue with my Storyline 1. I run Windows 7 on my Mac. IE is my default browser.
I ran Storyline 1 successfully for six months before this issue started.
I applied F5 after the script errors displayed twice. Then I quit Storyline and repeated the process. It finally seemed to clear all the errors.
