Since the latest update, lightbox slides are opening at a size larger than the player. This means you can't see the content on the lightbox slide and you also can't close it. I have tested this with others and this is not a local issue just for me.
I believe this is an issue with HTML5 output. Can you update your Storyline (360) with the latest build? I see they have fixed some issues with Lightbox slides: February 20, 2018 (Build 3.13.14869.0)
Thanks for your reply. Yes I did the update yesterday and since then the issue has arisen. It seems to be something in the new release that is causing it, as it wasn't there before I updated yesterday.
Hi! I'm having this issue too. Check out this thread. SL team identified this as a possible bug and the workaround is to set your player to lock to optimal size.
The issue with Lightbox slides covered the entire course when the player was set to fill the browser in HTML5 output was fixed in the Articulate 360 update released today!
Take a look at the release notes here, and you can install the latest update from the Articulate 360 desktop tray application by clicking Update.
