Something Went Wron in My LMS

I published my Storyline 360 course for our LMS (iLearn) and uploaded it. When users gtry to open it, they get a message in the left side of course launch window stating, "Something went Wrong."
I've checked all the player and publish setting and slide properties s and they appear the same as for any other courses I've published,I've also tried opening the course in both Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. I've republished it to my desktop and hard drive, and re-uploaded it, all with the same results.
Any suggestions on what could be cause this issue, and how to fix it?

Thank you for the offer, I checked with the developer and he is going to rebuild it instead. We are not sure why that file won't upload to our LMS, since all the others he developed work.
