SOS - Video Volume not playing in Articulate player

I apologize in advance if there is a thread about this. For some reason the search function does not seem to be working at all today. Anything I type in results in 0 results (even when I try searching for Storyline as a topic). Anyone else having this issue?
On to the main question at hand...I am working a project where we are uploading a presentation to the Ipad and it includes video and voice over audio. It works fine when I view the published version on my desktop. When I view the version from my articulate player on the ipad the video plays fine but the audio doesnt' come through the speakers. The only way you can hear is if you use an exteral speaker or headphones. Anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I can't say I've seen this behavior before, but is there a chance you clicked Don't Allow to the "Articulate" Would Like to Access the Microphone message? I wonder if this could have an impact?
...and at the risk of sounding silly, have you verified that the iPad is not muted and that the volume is not minimized? Could a Bluetooth device be capturing your audio output?
