Help, please .. I am using Storyline 3, after publishing my project (HTML5), I found everything is fine, but I was surprised that the sound does not work in Chromium, knowing that I use YouTube and the audio works perfectly, and I do not want to use any other alternative, so how can I solve this problem?

The module is in Arabic language and it's on my local drive and I'm only
clicking it then it opens a new web page in Chromium. I tried opening it
using Interne explorer, but some Arabic words appear incorrectly, but using
Chromium all Arabic words appear all right and the only problem I face is
that no audio is played though I use the same Chromium daily to watch
videos on YouTube.
If you view a Storyline 360 course on your local hard drive (or send it to others to view on their local hard drives), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that can cause various features of the course to fail. To test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published:
I see that my teammate, Jan, picked up your case and offered additional information about browser versions. It sounds like that did the trick for you! If you have additional questions about this issue, Jan will still be available in your support case.

Are you hosting the module on a secure server, i.e. https?
I've seen issues in the past with Chrome not allowing audio unless this is the case.

Publishing and Sharing Content
Hello Leslie,
Firstly, thank you for your reply.
I published my Storyline 3 course with HTML5 to view it via Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Chromium and I found:
1. Sounds in all slides don't work on Chromium.
2. Sounds play well on Internet Explorer, but some Arabic fonts dont work properly.
3. On Google Chrome, my course didnt work at all.
So please help me and tell me what can I do.
Hello Wagih!
Thank you for sharing your findings! We're happy to help. What type of audio are you using? i.e mp3, wav, SWF,etc.
It would be helpful if we could take a look at your project. Do you mind sharing the .story file? Here's a secure upload link.
Hello Lauren,
Thank you for your reply.
I'm using mp3 audio files. I've attached my story file via the secure upload link you mentioned above.
Hello Wagih!
I see that my teammate, Jan, picked up your case and offered additional information about browser versions. It sounds like that did the trick for you! If you have additional questions about this issue, Jan will still be available in your support case.
