This thread is a bit dated, but I was able to track down a support case for this user.
It seems that the issue was corrected in Storyline 1 Update 2.
I would assume that you are utilizing a newer version, so if you would be able to share your .story file with us to take a look and explain the issue that you are having I'm sure we could take a look and assist.
