Storyline 2 output no longer working on Edge

Hey Jonathan, 

Sorry you're running into a roadblock in Edge! Flash output for Storyline 2 is supported in Edge, so let's dig into this a little deeper. I have a few questions to start:

1. What happens when you try to view your course in Edge? Are you getting an error message, or is it not loading at all?
2. Where are you hosting your courses when testing in Edge? (Website, LMS, or Articulate Online)

Thanks for getting back to me. The problem is very specific - 

When I launch the file the first time it works fine. However, when I return I get the resume course notification and none of the buttons or links work within the course after clicking yes.

The course is being hosted on an LMS.

Thanks for those details, Jonathan! Definitely not what I'd expect to happen.

If you haven't already, try testing your course out in SCORM Cloud to see if the same behavior happens there. That'll give us a good idea whether this is file or LMS related.

Sadly, we can no longer officially support Microsoft Edge for Storyline 2 courses. This article explains why we're ending support and what it means for your courses.
