I have a course that has several text entry fields. When a lot of text is entered in these fields, the scrollbar appears, which is great. However, if I were to go back and edit the first sentence of one of these text fields that showed the scrollbar, I can't see what I am typing because the scrollbar automatically goes to the bottom and only allows me to view the last part of what I previously typed in.
I would appreciate any insight into this. Is this a Storyline "default" or issue? Are there any fixes or workarounds? I have tested in Chrome, IE, and Firefox, and they all work the same way. Thank you!
I did a quick test, and I'm not sure that is the behavior that I'm seeing. Would you be able to share your .story file for me to take a look so that I can understand?
Hi Leslie! Thanks for helping me out with this. I have created a quick dummy slide to give you a visual. (attaching it here). I am seeing the issue in preview mode as well, no need to publish it out to see the issue.
Thank you Laurie! I was able to see the behavior that you were describing. This is actually an issue that has been reported to our QA Team to further review. I will add this thread for users impacted and so that we can update here when applicable as well. I do not know of a way around this issue at this time.
