When working in an SL3 file with lots of animation and matching audio the playback in Preview works perfectly. When publishing to CD the animation is super slow to play back: Audio is finished and animation is still trying to catch up. I have set Cue Points, aligned to Playhead, taken out animation fades etc. to no avail. I need assistance please from someone. I have 16MB RAM, have imported into new file; rebooted and looked on line for help or other cases as this and still no fix. This is a very disturbing problem having to destroy what was created - hours of development - to find that the CD will not play correctly. Stakeholders are waiting somewhat patiently!! Would love to try any tips you might have. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you were able to get in touch with our support team, and Chester was able to offer a workaround to use the story.html file instead of the Launch_story.exe player to run your course.
We'll be sure to update you when a fix is in place for a bug where several animations in a course published to CD can cause the course to lag in HTML5 output.
