We created 2 versions of one course using Storyline 3. One version is in Mandarin and the other in English. The courses were published in SCORM 1.2 (Completed/Incomplete) and uploaded on SABA Cloud. Now, while only the Exit button is not working for the English version, both the bookmarking and exit button are not working for the Mandarin version. Please note that the English version was created first and then it was duplicated. Only the content in the duplicate was changed to Mandarin. So everything in the two courses are identical barring the language in which the content is presented. Please help.

I saw that you also submitted a case to our Support Engineers – another perfect move! Are you able to share your .story files with us so we can test the behavior in SCORM Cloud? We test content on SCORM Cloud to see how it behaves in an LMS environment.

Hi, I have been able to arrest the Exit button problem by publishing the
files in Flash format. But the bookmarking issue still remains. It is a
client file so there are confidentiality clauses which keeps me from
sharing the file. Are there any steps that I can perform to correct the
issue? Bookmarking is not working for the first 10 slides on SCORM Cloud as
well.
