I have recently moved to Storyline3 and have found that the shortcut key for show/hide grid lines don't work anymore. I did a search on EH and it says the shortcut is SHIFT+F9 but yet nothign happens when I do that. I have had other colleagues test this and the same results happen.
Are you working on a keyboard with a Fn key? I just tested this with my standard keyboard (without Fn key) and SHIFT+F9 shows and hides the grid lines while on Slide view. If you have a keyboard with a Fn key, then maybe it is inversed. If that is the case then you'll have to use the combination SHIFT+Fn+F9.

Hi Joseph
No my keyboard doesn't have a Fn key. it is a standard keyboard. I have tried with different keyboards and still the same thing
Hi Mark,
I tested on my keyboard and it's still working. I am on a Mac running Parallels and Windows 10 so I had to do Shift + FN + F9.
What version of Windows are you using?
