Easy to recreate. Develop a course with questions in it spread across multiple scenes, then create a new Question Bank populated with questions from all of the Scenes by using the "Import from Internal" option. Then create a new Scene and a new slide in that scene. When the new slide Wizard pops up, go to Quizzing > Draw From Bank > select your bank from the drop-down list > Insert. BANG! Crash every time! I lost almost 20 hours of work from this. How to fix/workaround this issue?
For anyone who experiences this crash, a word to the wise. DO NOT click Save when you force quit Storyline due to the persistent crash popup that occurs when Storyline crashes and becomes unusable.

This is a known issue that will be fixed in the next software update for Storyline. In the meantime, you can correct it by importing all your slides into a new story file.
