Storyline interaction won't allow me to repeat

Hi all

I'm fairly new to Articulate so please bear with me!

I'm working with an interaction built by an ex-colleague. The interaction requires students to complete a hotspot activity, then answer two MCQ questions. At the end, the student is given their final score on a results slide. Students are meant to be able to open and retry the interaction as many times as they like.

If I publish the interaction using the Web option, I can open the story_html5 file without any issues. I complete the interaction and close the web browser tab. Then when I reopen the story_html5 file, it takes me back to the results slide of the interaction rather than to the beginning. 

Could anyone suggest what setting/trigger/variable my ex-colleague might have included to make the interaction do this (and how to fix it so that students can repeat the interaction)? I've scoured the web but I can't find anything about this. Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
