We are trying to launch a training on our LMS (cornerstone). We have the setting set so that when the users hit the next button on the results page it will show as completed. However, when test in our dev it does not show up as completed. It sits in the the in progress phase. Any suggestions?
It sounds like the Completion status isn't being passed to your LMS or the LMS does not recognize it. I'd suggest testing two things to narrow down where the issue is.
Enable LMS debug mode - this will allow you to see all the information passed from your Storyline course to the LMS and confirm that we're passing the Completion
Test in another environment such as SCORM Cloud, a good standard for LMS testing.
