I have set up a button that is to change when a variable changes - the variable itself works but has no physical effect on the button (supposed to change to red, green, etc.).
Please can anyone advise why this would be?
I have tried both T/F variable and number variable.

Was the issue on slide - 2.3 Calculations Table?
If so, Try setting the variables to trigger at the state of the slide.
Like this example:
This forces the button to change once the slides starts - and once the slides starts it checks to see what the variable is for Trans.
That's amazing thanks so much - it never occurs to me to use the timeline as a trigger point. Lifesaver!
