Storyline2 course with videos not playing when viewed on phone

I published two Storyline2 files with tin can and uploaded to my LMS, Litmos. When I run the files on the computer through the LMS they run fine but I can't get the videos in the courses to play correctly on phones.
One course has .mov clips in it and the other has .mp4.
The file with the mov clips opens the clips in a new window and added the sound for the mov clips even though I have in the course for around 5 seconds and I muted the clips so that you could hear the voice over.
The file that has the mp4 clips shows a play button when the clip comes up but I can't get any of them to play and once the play button appears, none of the rest of the information on my timeline for that slide appears.
Again, both work fine when viewing from a computer. How do you get videos to play properly on phones?

Does the same result occur when you try the story_html5.html - on your phone?

I'm sorry but I am still new to all of this. What do you mean by trying story_html5.html on the phone? When I published the file, I selected html5 output.

I would advise that you upload your content to SCORM Cloud and see if you experience the same behavior. This will let us know if the issue lies within your course or within your LMS.
