I have a trial Articulate Online account, and my survey answers are not being recorded when viewing course on html5. I have added a graded question slide and a results slide to my storyline course...yet the survey questions are still not being recorded when viewing html5. Any ideas?
So that we can isolate whether this is a problem with your content or with Articulate Online (AO), can you please try testing your content in SCORM Cloud (an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM content)? If the problem persists in SCORM Cloud, we know it's a problem with your content, but if the problem is only reproducible within AO, we'll focus on your AO reports a bit more closely. Thanks!
