Text being cut off - Menu (re labeled as CC) on left

Mar 16, 2017

Hi,

I'm having an issue with next being cut off on one of the menus on the left side of the player. The It looks like there is a white strip under the CC tab. I attached a few images to show what issue I'm having.

It seems to happen when it first opens (smaller screen). If I enlarge the player/browser, click on another slide and go back to the original slide, it seems to disappear.

I attached a few images. Let me know if anyone has had this issue.

Thanks< Eric

Hi there Eric,

Thanks so much for letting us know what you're seeing. Are you using Storyline 360? There's a known issue in Storyline 360 where text in the Notes tab or Notes sidebar gets cut off on the right edge when the content is viewed with HTML5. We're tackling this bug, and I'll definitely let you know as soon as we know more. For now, if you have the option to publish with Flash, that'll alleviate the issue. Thanks again for sharing your experience with us, and I apologize if this is giving you headaches!
