Text entry keyboard issues in IOS using MOODLE mobile app

Dear Team,

In Articulate 360, I have created the Text Entry fields in my course that are not accepting any input from the keyboard in IOS using MOODLE mobile app.

But it’s running good in the web browser. Also, I have tested and found that Text Entry fields are working fine in SCORM CLOUD.

I appreciate your help!!

Hi, Yogesh. I'm happy to lend a hand–and smart move on testing the course in SCORM Cloud to see how it behaves there!

While I'm not familiar with the Moodle mobile app, I did see another community member share a very similar experience here. 

Luckily, we have lots of Moodle users here, so hoping you get some good feedback soon. I'd also be curious to hear Moodle's thoughts, as they'll be the best resource for something not working in their app. Let us know if they nail down the root!
