Text Scrollbars Error Message

Hello,

I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced this issue in Storyline 360 today.  I've had two .story files become corrupted and unable to be opened due to a Text Scrollbar issue; the file is stating that I have text scrollbar features included in my project when I have nothing of the sort; the error message asks me to download and install the latest update for Storyline but I am up to date.  This is causing me to lose hours of my work!  Is anyone else experiencing this?  How did you fix it?

I've attached a screenshot of the error, as well as a copy of my .story file in case anyone has any suggestions.

I just wanted to chime in and share that our team has spotted this error as well. I'm really sorry if this is slowing you down!

We're working on a fix and will pop back in when there's an update to share. In the meantime, if you need help, please share your .story file with our support team, and they can lend a hand.

Update: We found that quizzes created on the newest update freeze when reviewing your answers. This happens both when previewing a project and when published.

Rolled back to a previous version and the issue no longer occurs. BUT, files already saved in the latest version still cannot be opened. Good temporary solution though if you absolutely need to start a new project.

Apologies for the scare in the last update! I just wanted to chime in here and let you know that we released an update for Storyline 360 that fixes the issue where:
 
Project files wouldn't open after adding a result slide due to an error with text scrollbars.
 
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and either Check for Updates in the drop-down next to your profile or click the Update button for each application. Details here.
