We are totally stumped here. We published a course from Storyline 360, and tried to upload it to SCORM Cloud. And it was not successfully. The course was published with SCORM 1.2, and tracked completion by result slide. The course was published successfully. Any suggestions are welcome.
I was zipping from the Publish window, and I did not get any error message from SCORM Cloud. The upload wheel just kept spinning to no end. Unfortunately, I cannot share the file with you since it is content sensitive.

If you've tried republishing from Storyline and zipping, and you're at your wits' end, feel free to share your .story file, published output or both privately with me here. I'll see if there's something going on with the file.

Hi Ben! I replied to your case. I was able to upload both published files to SCORM Cloud. I'm returning the zipped output I used to you. Try those in your SCORM Cloud account and let me know what happens.
Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for testing. Unfortunately, we still had the same problems. I tried your suggestion by uninstalling and installing the Storyline 360. Still no luck. Any other suggestions?
Really strange that you're still having issues uploading the content to SCORM Cloud.
Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.17.16188.0 in the bottom-right corner.

Not sure if this is helpful or not. Issues seemed to happen after the Modern layout update.

Also, what web browser are you using for testing?
