Urgent - Scoring issues - LMS Score does not match the final score

I developed a course with 3 sections. Each section has its own results slide. There is a final results slide at the end of the course. The final results slide is set up to combine the results from the 3 section results slides and the pass mark is 60%. The course is set to track using the final results slide. We had a user that completed all 3 sections, but the final score that wrote back to the LMS is 85%. I have screenshots of all 3 results slides showing 100% (I have double-checked that the correct score variable is referenced on each results slide). 
I cannot replicate this when I test.

Please help! I am happy to send the working file to tech support if that will help me figure out what's going on here.

Thanks for those screenshots. I can appreciate that it's frustrating when a user reports an issue to you, and you're unable to replicate the behavior yourself.

This was not resolved and I received no support on it either.
We lodged a query with our LMS provider and they advised the problem was on Storyline side.

Hi Leslie,

Thank you for the offer and the quick response, but I think we figured it out.  The person creating the course chose the wrong publish setting.  They chose Failed/Passed which our LMS displayed as 100% because they met the minimum score required to "Pass".  We normally use Completed/Incomplete.  I asked them to republish using the correct setting and I will retest.  If it doesn't correct the issue, I will let you know.
