Video delay

Hello all,

When hosting a video in Rise Articulate, the user experiences delays in seeing the next button. Apparently you have to remain on the primary browser for the duration of the video in order to see the next button. Otherwise, once the video has concluded, it is black screen with no option to advance until the timer on the video is met. I'm assuming this is a common issue. Any assistance you can provide in working around this would be much appreciated. Thank you!
