When I preview my project in Storyline 3 the video I have inserted in the project plays fine, but when I publish it and test the project in the SCORM Cloud or in our LMS the video plays to 58 minutes 20 seconds in both of those places and stops. The full video is around 1 hour 37 minutes long. Does anyone have any ideas what is happening to cause this issue and how to fix it? We purchased the video file for our training purposes, the full video is inserted, it hasn't been edited.

Since various reasons could cause this to happen to a course, I'd recommend enlisting our Support Engineers to take a look at the course you've created and troubleshoot from there.
