I started a project last week that included videos and everything worked great. This week I went back to add two slides with more videos and the videos are being published blurry. When I watch the videos on my computer, they are crystal clear.
To test things further, I replaced a video from the previous week that looked good with the exact same video and now that one is blurry. For whatever reason, something is now happening to the videos during publication this week that didn't happen last week. Any ideas? This happens when I publish to Review 360 and when I publish as a video.
Hi Dan, Have you tried to customize the publish quality settings before publishing? It can be selected for all the publish output available. Just drag to the right on the video quality to set it to higher quality.
