sometimes there are numbers of feature requests or issue tickets posted here.
I wonder if there is a kind of helpdesk of articulate where I can find these tickets / requests and where I can probably vote for them? (not only a list, but their whole descriptions)

We take feature requests from our community members seriously and strive to keep making our software better for our users. We are constantly adding new updates based on user feedback. Here's more information on how we manage feature requests.
Some community members have started their own request lists, but it's not something Articulate manages.
If you make a request, you can check our feature roadmap to see if it's coming soon in a new update.
