I'm building a module and I imported content from PPT 2016 (via PC) and the content is blurry in preview mode. I am using Ariel font and the content averages about 12pt. But some content is at 10pt and it is not legible. Is there a resolution setting I have to adjust or something that needs to be adjusted to have a sharper visual deliverable.
Haven't' tried publish mode. Usually it is clearer at this point, at least in the older version it was. I tried locking player for best optimal .... etc in the player settings. It seems to look better.
I often find that even when I've set up my images correctly using a resolution of 96ppi, they don't always come through from Powerpoint looking as crisp as I'd like. If this happens re-linking them from the original source usually improves the display quality.
Locking the player size usually helps keep things looking crisp too.

Do you see the same issue when you view the published output or is it specific to preview mode?
