Zip errors when uploading to LMS

Has anyone had recent issues uploading a Storyline ZIP file to an LMS? I have tried to upload several courses this week and keep getting an error: "This is not a valid file. Select a .ZIP File. (18091, 8)"

After some testing, I believe this may be related to a recent Storyline 360 software update. While testing I noticed some files I created before the update less than a week ago will upload without issue.

Hi Jason, 

Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior. We're not seeing this happen to our other users which means there's a chance that the behavior is isolated to your LMS. The first thing I'd recommend doing is to try and upload your published zip file to another LMS. This article explains how you can test your course in SCORM Cloud:

If you are able to upload the same zip files to SCORM Cloud, please reach out to your LMS support team to report the behavior. 

If the same set of zip files fail to upload in SCORM Cloud, follow the instructions below to do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation, and let me know if this fixes the behavior for you.
