Drop Down Menu

I am creating a course and I am wondering if there is a simple solution for creating a drop down to show course progress? Also it would be great if it would highlight the current section the user is on as demonstrated in the attached photo. I am building a long course so manually entering each section and slide would be time consuming so it would be great if anyone has some ideas. I have searched through the forums but cannot find a suitable answer to this. Thanks to anyone who can help, it seems like a basic feature which should be included in Articulate as the built in side-bar takes up a lot of space for the user.

The one you show is the built in menu you can ue the arrows in the player dialogue to move the menu to the top bar
It is possible to create what you describe using Storyline's built in features (states, triggers, variables etc). I wouldn't say it was a simple (or quick) task to complete though, especially for a long course.
