Forms??

We have a free online training program that we use to train first responders in Autism Awareness and Interaction. For registration we use Autocrat it stores the information in a spreadsheet format so we can see who's registered.  Then for the completion certificate we use a Google program. Neither are 100% reliable. Are there options in 360 to do this or does anyone of any other programs to complete these 2 tasks?

Scorm and a LMS basically are the reliable way to register and track completion.
If you dont have ( or want ) a LMS, then Google Sheets for sure is the best way.
I am not sure what is not registering correctly on Google...but that can be fixed for sure.

If not publishing to Scorm or xAPI and those terms dont ring a bell...both are standards for communication with a LMS or LRS. As is...all decent rapid authoring tools... Storyline, Lectora and Captivate offer Scorm output.

I donot know autocrat, but use Google Functions to write to Google Sheets. Works quick and perfect and never get errors.

Here you can see a sample of it working.
