Help with a training program!!

I had originally created a training program in I believe 2.0.  The program was designed to train First responders in autism awareness and interaction online. It was flimsy but it worked. We offer this training for free. We are an all-volunteer nonprofit. Last year I was approached by a large training platform. In exchange for being able to use my program and its information, they revamped the whole program in 360. They did an amazing job and it looks so professional, but I found a few issues and support wasn't part of the deal.  There are some navigation buttons that don't work. And they limited the test questions. I need to use my original test questions because they are required by some of the states we are approved for continuing education in. Problem is I don't have access to 360. As a nonprofit and being all volunteer and offering the training for free, we don't have a lot of funding. But we are willing to offer a little bit of money to someone who might be willing to go through our program and fix the navigation buttons and swap their test questions for mine, so I can get it uploaded and First responders can have access to this new improved training platform.
