Grading Problem

I have a course that has a quiz with a large number of questions. I have the program set up in Articulate Storyline so that the quiz gives the user 10 questions. As users have gone through the course some are completing the quiz with no problems. But others go through the quiz, supposedly pass it, but the quiz says they failed it. When I go into the grade book in Moodle those students that are having problems also have a grade that is a fraction such as 82.37 rather than 80.00 or 90.00 that would be expected.
What could I have done wrong?

I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble here.
Did you try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior?
That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that.
If it works correctly on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is coming from the LMS and you'll need to talk to your provider.
If you see the same issue on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is likely coming from the course itself. If that's the case, please reach out to our support team.
