I have created an e-learning module. I have used the default story size of 720x540.
When viewing the Published Export (LMS, HTML5 & Flash, SCORM 1.2) in Internet Explorer the module appears as required (please see attached screenshot).
However when viewing the exported module in another Browser (Google Chrome/Firefox, see attached screenshot) the ratio of the size of the images change and don't appear as they should do (as in Internet Explorer).
Please could someone let me know why the size of the images change in other browsers and don't appear as they should, I have looked into Lock aspect ratio but this has not made a difference.

Have you tried changing the options in the player personalisation menu?
I've never encountered that issue so I'm not sure if it comes from there but it's worth a try I guess.
